Return Policy Overview

As an independent studio, we take great pride in the design, quality, and craftsmanship of our pieces.

  • Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items: All sales of vintage furniture, architectural objects, and antique decor are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on vintage items. Please review product descriptions, condition reports, and photos carefully before purchasing.

  • Blukach Furniture & Studio Collection: We offer a 30-day return policy for non-custom items from our furniture and home collection.

Eligibility for Returns (Blukach Collection)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unaltered, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, freight fees, and packaging costs. Initial shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All Vintage Furniture & Decor (All sales are final).

  • Gift cards and final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for an eligible Blukach item, please contact us at info@blukach.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@blukach.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once approved), and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
